Yes, weddings on the beach require a special event permit. Complete and submit the special event permit application and mail it into the Park Office along with the appropriate fee. Our Special Event Permit page will have a link to download the application. Feel free to call (910-256-7925) or email (parksandrecreation@towb.org) the Park Office if you have any questions.

No membership is required and you don’t have to be a Wrightsville Beach resident or property owner to participate in Parks and Recreation programs and activities. Anyone may participate!
Complete a registration form / waiver and return it to the park office along with the appropriate fee for the class. We accept cash, check, or credit card (additional $4 bank fee).
