Congratulations to Ms. Elise Running who was awarded the Nancy Faye Craig Volunteer of the Year Award at the February 9th Board of Aldermen meeting. Ms. Running is a longtime member of the Harbor Island Garden Club and the Wrightsville Beach Foundation. She has played an integral role in raising funds for new holiday lighting, decorations, and enhancements to the Harbor Way Gardens.
