WB Businesses and Residences! Deck the halls! Light up the Island! Show your holiday spirit! Decorate your home or business and enter the annual Holiday Decorating Contest. On Monday, December 14th beginning at 6:00 p.m., members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and Harbor Island Garden Club will tour the island to judge the holiday decorations. You must be registered to enter the contest. Prizes will be awarded for Most Creative, Most Traditional, Best Holiday Lighting, Most Holiday Spirit, and Best Overall Home and Business.
