The Town of Wrightsville Beach currently has the following items up for bid:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Telephone System Replacement
The Town of Wrightsville Beach is seeking proposals for installation of a telephone system for the Town’s new public safety facility and replacement of the existing Municipal telephone system. Proposal requirements and specifications may be obtained from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, in the office of the Information Technology Manager, 200 Parmele Boulevard, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held at 2:00 p.m., March 22, 2010 at the Municipal Complex, 321 Causeway Drive, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to be considered a Proposer of Record. Only proposals submitted by Proposers of Record at the Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be accepted. Qualified Proposers will have an opportunity to inspect all Town facilities involved in this project to aid in development of their proposal. Questions and clarifications to the RFP will not be addressed at the Pre-Proposal meeting. Questions may be submitted in writing or via email to rivins@towb.org by 5:00 p.m., March 31, 2010. All questions and responses will be incorporated into an Addendum to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday, April 5, 2010 at which time proposals will be opened. Proposals should be addressed as follows: Raquel R. Ivins, Information Technology Manager, 200 Parmele Blvd, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480 and marked “Telephone System Replacement RFP # 0310.” The Proposal Opening location will be Council Chambers of Town Hall, 321 Causeway Drive, Wrightsville Beach, NC, 28480. The Board of Alderman of the Town of Wrightsville Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to make the purchase which will be in the best interest of the Town.
